On November 26, 2008, an attack on the Chabad Community Center in Mumbai, India, resulted in the tragic deaths of the rabbi, his wife, and four visitors. CWA was created to protect against these and other types of attacks on Chabad institutions, and to prepare for potential disasters of all type including weather and other naturally occurring events.

We are witnessing alarming waves of antisemitism in numerous countries; there has been a 500% surge in antisemitic incidents globally compared to the same time last year. Our work has never been more critical.
